In February of 2005 Bonni got decimated by a drunk driver in a hit and run attack after playing a record release show with their band, Fear of Dolls, in Seattle. Welcome to the first official Death Day Cabaret, a response to this life altering anniversary!
Bonni Suval has been onstage since they were 4 and a half years old. They have acted, sung, danced, choreographed, stripped, drag queen’d, dark burlesque’d, performance art’d, and made people feel various
things in many states/cities/situations. You may have seen them in the award winning Thrillpeddlers’ revival of the Cockettes’ “Vice Palace” or as Charlotte Corday in “Marat/Sade” at The Brava Theatre or as Hedwig at Boxcar Theatre. More recently they’ve been screaming/playing drums in their band, Soft Tug and belting it out with their Judas Priest tribute band , “The Halford Wives”. It’s also possible they have nursed your sick pet or poured you cocktails in the bay area!
Bonni will be joined by the brilliant and amazing composer/accompanist/performer Scrumbly koldewyn.
